This is a Quintana Roo hand made when Quintana Roo was there own company. The Redstone was their flagship, undergoing extreme aero testing, yet striving to make the lightest bike frame possible (which they achieved both). The frame uses the theory of greeting and seperating the wind at the front (front carbon gussett), have it pass around the rider and as it comes back together in the rear, having a gusset there to smooth the air back into a slipstream. The rest of the frame is made to be the lightest alloy and skinniest tubing possible, producing a frame that is still one of the lightest frames out there. This bike is a classic, but will still rival every tri bike out there in the category of aerodynamics and weight, yet the frame allows it to be very supple in the ride, yet laterally, very stiff, not allowing flex. The bike has full Ultegra 9 speed, 650c wheels w/ 19mm tires, Profile aero bars, bicycle computer. The bike retailed for $3200+ when available and it was always made in limited edition, so very few of these will be seen out there on the road (I love having a bike not everyone has). Tri guys/gals will definetely awe at this “retro rocket”. Asking $1400
