Just wondering but has anyone ever encountered any issues with QR customer service warranty? I took my QR Seduza (2 years old) to my LBS about 1 1/2 ago and I am having serious issues with them getting my bike back to my LBS. The rear cable shifter cable got dislodged in the frame and they wished to repair instead of replace. It was something very minor. I’m thinking of just getting a P3 instead of playing the waiting game with QR. Its really starting to annoy me.

Thanks for anyones response since I will probably get more here than from QR.

I’ve never had a probelm with my Seduza. Besides the flex. :frowning:
