I’m conducting an experiment regarding Campagnolo, Shimano, and SRAM groupsets and need volunteers to fill out a 4 question survey. The survey should take less than 5 minutes of your time. However, I need to randomize which survey you receive so send me a PM or email to research.joe@gmail.com?Subject=GroupsetSurvey and I’ll provide you a link for the survey.
I’ll post the results for anybody who is interested.
For those that have helped, many thanks. Since I’m not getting the response I hoped and need, would it be easier if I provided links to both surveys and ask that you randomly select one (i.e., coin flip)?
I’ll do the survey, especially since you appear to have ties to Duke. (I went there undergrad.) PM me the info. I would bet your intuition is correct that posting links would greatly increase your response rate, but I’m not sure the selection would be truly random then because I would also bet a disproportionate number of people would pick the first link. But maybe it’s worth a try.
I’ve gotten additional responses but still need more for statistical purposes. It’s a short four question survey with the last question being optional. It shouldn’t take more than a couple minutes to complete. There is a slight difference between the surveys and that is the independent variable I am changing in the test. Please don’t look for the difference before taking the survey. Also, please don’t post about the difference as that will render future data useless.
People need to be randomly assigned so flip a coin to determine which survey to take.
