Quick reiew of desoto customer service

I’ve been meaning to do a post about the Customer Service at DeSoto for a long time. here it goes:

  1. I love my t1 wetsuit, i got it about 5 years ago after 3 ill-fitting suits that just did not work.

  2. after all those years of racing I developed a tear in the bib, probably due to my aggressive removal method in the transition area.

  3. desoto fixed it up good as new, without a receipt or any proof of purchase for free. I had it back super fast (even though it won’t be warm enough to use it for awhile).

  4. Emilio was quick to reply to all emails and inquiries about the repair process.

Great work Desoto! Keep it up.

X2. Also love my DeSoto 2 piece wetsuit. Most comfortable one I’ve ever owned. Never needed repair work on it, so can’t testify to that, but I’ve only heard good things.
