I loaded up the bike case, even have it strapped to my car when I remembered my floor pump. Do I need it? My family there doesn’t have one but they know a guy who does. Should I open the case and pack the pump in? It won’t fit in my suitcases. Will I need it race morning?

Nah, you can get air from lots of folks. I’d say just hit the road.
You’ll probably find someone in the TA to lend you his/hers pump…

I always take my pump to all races. Less stress and hassle having my own. Race morning they do have people with pumps but if you really need one you can buy one for $20-$30 bucks at a LBS.
