Is prize money allowed in USAT sanctioned AG races, or elite only?

Is prize money allowed in USAT sanctioned AG races, or elite only?
If the rules haven’t changed, you can have up to $5000 in prize money (total) and have an open field. Once you hit 5K it becomes an Elite only field that can compete for the money.
