Hopefully this wont turn into a pervert post but… I have this friend that wants to start running. The problem lies in that she says it hurts alot to run. Where ti hurts? here breats. She says she is 34 DD acording to victoria secert. She is not fat at all and is pretty skinny. She says she has worn a sports bra and a sports bra type shirt over it but it was pressed too tight to be comfortable. Any suggestions on hwo to controll he twins while running? And no there will not be any pictures
There was a thread on this recently:

.
Pictures please, that is the only may to make a scientific recommendation. Or video would be even better, preferable of her running.
I was going to reccommend duct tape.
Maybe she just needs a different sportsbra. ?
There are many options in the roadrunnersports.com inventory that she can check out…
Best for large breast size seeking maximum support.
god 34 dd? i say get a breast reduction, then try running. (seriously my friend did it. boobs that big on a little body can cause all kinds of aches and pains).
Hey I ran like that for years. Now I’m down to a comfy C, but it wasn’t that painful (ok back was sorer then than now)…
I am a 36 DD (bought them) and I can run just fine…I have had to just experiment with different brands, sizes and style. No easy answer…just got to keep trying.
Please tell your friend the only thing Victoria’s Secret is good for is turning on your boyfriend/husband. She needs to get a real fitting at a real bra store. I was shocked to find out my actual size when I went to a specialty bra store - VERY different than what I’ve been wearing since I was 17.
I own the bra pictured in Record’s post. It’s fine, but I still have to wear two of them.
Pictures would help, I’m having problems visualizing 36DD
.
i’m in the wrong bras…i don’t think C is comfortable by any means! what ones do you wear again?
I don’t know how to post photos. But just so you know DD doesn’t automatically mean porn star.

I think many of the forum particpants here much prefer tri-chics sportin DD’s over porn stars any day of the year! As for posting photos (grin), if it is stored on your computer, go to http://www.tinypic.com/ and select the browse button to upload the image form your computer then once the image is selected, click the button on the webpage labled “Host Picture” then copy and paste the link it generates into your next post.
I feel for you (and her - hehe). My wife is a 36DDD (yes there are supposed to be 3 of them) and she is just starting to run with me. I’m not sure if she is double bagging them yet, so far she is at the jogging\fast walking\jogging stage. I suspect as she gets faster and grows more comfy holding a constant increased pace she’ll be sports bra shopping again.
Oh, and she used to work at a Victoria Secrets. I have it on good authority that LOTS of women that shop there are wearing the wrong size.
Most of the time it means that if they lay on their backs their nipples touch the bed under their arm pits.
When this question was asked inan earlier post I recommended Title 9 Sports http://www.title9sports.com - they have the largest selection of sports bras in various sizes that I have seen anywhere.
As AndyPants can attest I am not what one would call “small chested” - and no she doesn’t intentionally check them out she’s a friend of mine. And NO I will not be posting pictures. When I was wetsuit stripped at IMC last year some one commented on how I could possibly do what I was doing with a chest like that. But I’ve never let it (them) stop me from doing the things that I want to do like marathon running and competing in triathlons. After years of trying to find a decent bra I discovered the ENELL bra in 2003. It doesn’t decrease my chest size but it gives me the best support I’ve ever had and it requires that I wear only one bra. I am in the process of having them reduced but I think even after reduction they will still be larger than I’d like.
I hope I’m the first to say thank you. And lovely!
