Question for SAC or Francios

I am stuck at home today and I can not ride outdoors. Therefore, instead of my long ride (which should be about 4 to4.5 hours) I will ride the Computrainer in Ergo mode.

I plan on doing 2 hours as:

hour 1: 175 watts (15 min), 200 (45 min)

Hour 2: 225 (15 min), 250 (15 min), 200 (15 min) 175 (15 min)

What do you think of the session as far as endurance and ME training. Also, how do you thin kthis translates to the road?
