My second job of delivering newspapers, the Star Tribune in Mpls, filed for bankruptcy. We’ve been asked as independant contractors to sign new contracts with compensation concessions and my question is, once the company comes out of bankruptcy, if ever, does our compensation return to what it currently is or do we automatically give up that money for good? It’s not specified in the contract and our management of the depot has no idea. Any thoughts? More curious than anything else at this point.
Jim.
