Question about focus on weak sport

What I did that REALLY helped my cycling is moved my seat UP over and inch and my handlebars DOWN over an inch. Then I SLANTED my seat down as far as it would go! It sounds crazy I know but if FORCES your weight forward so you pedal more and all your weight goes onto your pedals and handlebars. Your bike handles better and your legs work harder. Give it a try!

And, don’t run into T1, swagger into it, with a pimp limp. The time you lose in T1 will be made up on the bike with the new position and the new attitude. Just tell yourself “It doesn’t matter if I am FOP, MOP or BOP. Whatever happens, my toes are still tapping.”

Remember why you got into Tri…chances are it was to get in shape and get laid. It’s the swagger, man!
