I saw my first Elite Razor last week and thought it was a beautiful bicycle. My question is, why would they put a cutout in the seat tube when the rear wheel cannot be brought in any closer than 2.5 cm from the seat tube? I measured the chainstays on my P2K and they were 36 cm and the chainstays on the Razor were 42 cm. My wheel is 2.5 mm from the cutout. BTW, the bikes I saw were custom made with horizontal dropouts.
