I don’t have a manual for my 2006 QR Roo Kilo. Does anyone know the proper torque for the 4 seatpost bolts as well as the headset cap?
I just bought a torque wrench today for my Tarmac and want to do things right on the Kilo even if it is aluminum. I suppose its a good habit to have.
Thanks,

You shouldn’t need anymore than 4nm on the seatpost bolts, which is what the carbon post requires. That will keep everything snug, and will also not damage anything. Headset cap you shouldn’t need to torque. It should just be snug. I.e., a torque wrench will automatically be too much for a headset cap.
Thanks. I don’t know why I said cap. I meant the the stock QR stem. If you know I’d appreciate it.
As a reminder the Kilo has a aluminum seatpost.
