This is to give kudos where kudos are due. Two weekends ago I ripped the collar of QR Superjohn taking it off. Called QR wetsuits on Monday morning and spoke to Jason. I explained my situation; ripped collar, race in 2 weeks etc. He gave me a quote (very reasonable IMO) and said it should be no problem to get it turned around for me. Sent my suit in 2 day (they received on Wednesday). On Thursday Jason called me, said my suit was done, price + shipping (2 day back to me) was $10 less than what I was quoted and that it would be shipping out that day. I received my suit back today and it looks fantastic. This is my 1st experience with their warrenty department. and all I can say is they did a great job taking care of my problem at a very fair price. Great job QR!
Yeah, I concur. I bought an NOS '99 sleeveless QR but I kept on getting cuts and abrasions where the zipper would overlap the suit when the top of the suit was down around my waist. I told them of the problem, I sent in my suit, and I got it back soon after, all fixed up. No complaints. I was sad about the initial cuts, but it works great. I guess what Slowman says how QR’s warranty service and factory are in the US really helps.
