I buy another bike related item I am probably headed to divorce court. Not doing a full IM this year anyway. So I guess I will stick with my 2008 kilo. Only thing not carbon is frame. Good enough for 56 miler. Hard to resist though.
Unfortunately, there are no numbers available for the pre-2009 caliente/lucero models, but given my experience with the P3 classic, you could just as easily be incorrect.

The downtube on the caliente there doesn’t look quite as serious as the P3 classic.

One tube does not a bicycle make. Look at the rear brake interface and the head tube specifically. The P3 is a beautiful bike, but it’s not perfect by a long shot.

The first time this bike was posted the price was $1750ish . It went up twice that I know of at that price and I missed it both times. Waited a week to see it again and the price went up to $1876. I think it took three tries over a few days but with the help of a few people on ST emailing me I was finally able to get mine. Also a little know fact about bonktown is if you miss a product and simply cant live without it … it can still be had at a very good discount at www.bonk.gearattack.com … for instance last I looked you could get this Caliente for 2099 free shipping! Or you can wait and try to catch it like I did!

Yes I thought I sent you a PM??? Had a local guy just starting out assemble it for me. For $75 couldnt go wrong. Too much snow in NH but been on the trainer with it. Can’t wait to actually ride it on the road. 1st Tri-bike and never road one before. I think I’m gonna like it alot!
