Having had my qrings for about 2 months now i was wondering about changing to either seting 2 or 4 and was wondering if people have found any change better or worse in these postions

Think about if you need to engage the power phase of your pedal stroke sooner or later and adjust accordingly.
There is also a guide on the company’s website to help you adjust them.

They told me to start at the 4 setting since I am a “masher”. Still waiting for them to come I ordered them last week the TT version. What do you think about them so far?

I started out in the recommended position 3 both on my road bike and it felt ok. After a few weeks, I changed to 4 and all of a sudden it felt absolutely perfect! With #3 I could tell that the rings are not round, in #4, they feel perfectly round and my hip flexors do not tire as quickly.
Now I can Q-rings in the #4 position on both my road bikes and my tri bike. Would never switch back to round rings again.
Try the different positions. You’ll know.
