Q for Tri History Buffs: Date of IM Canada in 1995?

Hi All,

I’m trying to compile a history of race results for our triathlon club on our club’s website. Along with this history I am listing the date for each of the races, but I’ve stumbled at finding the actual date on which Ironman Canada was held in 1995.

So, can anyone here enlighten me as to which day in August of 1995 the Ironman Canada race took place?

Yeah, I found that too, but I was there as a spectator in 1995 and I know for sure that the race was in August, not in October of 1995…

Trust me I’ve gone 4 pages deep on several possible Google searches, and was not able to find the info in cyber-space.

Thanks for looking though! Anyone else got any ideas?
