Q for the CDA/CRR experts

Back in August I did my first real TT on the TT bike, and due to life circumstances the last one of the year. I hadn’t fully adjusted to the new position so my power was much lower than expected.

The details:
More or less out and back TT on relatively flat course
Avg speed: 41.0km/h
Avg power: 230
My weight + bike weight: approx. 77kg
Temp: about 28C
Almost no wind

What I want to know is what power is required to average 45km/h on the same course, similar conditions, same bike setup. I was about 2kg overweight at the time, so actual bike + me weight would now be 75kg.

using this:

I get about 300 watts.

.

using that chart, I also get about 300watts

science! it works bitches!

i simply cut and paste from another(multiple threads) in the event the op is too lazy to go to analytic cycling and wanted an easy graph to relate
