Do you ever get GI issues after really go hard (and/or add weight to your pedals)?
How hard for how long? 40 minutes, never an issue.
Dave
Can’t say that I have.

This is a completely new one for me. I look forward to hearing if there is an issue here, and if there is, trying to figure out, why? ![]()
Both my wife and I have experienced this recently. We think it may be from:
1- going hard and using the core muscles to the point where the intestinal track is effected, either by the intensity or the pulling or both.
Or
2- Local area having too many bumps on the road and being pulled into the saddle over them. Shake it up baby!
Or
3- Something completely unrelated to PowerCranks!

Powercranks give you diarrhea… Not even AC, Dr. Phil and I brainstorming together would have come up with that!

I’ve always claimed PC’s make you go faster. Now all we need is a study!
Not wishing to be a shit, but I propose a motion that the golden brownies in question henceforth be referred to as poo’ercranks
.
Never after riding PC’s, but certainly after reading some of the PC threads on this forum.
