Kurt…Don Mills is racing from Exeter and he just had a wicked split at the Mt. A time trial so there will be some competition out there for you…besides Mary Miller that is.

I did. It is a fun and well run race. Unfortunately, as usual, my lumpiness kept me from optimal performance. I would love to jot on up but family obligations keep me from venturing out from the Finger Lakes. Good luck, you have a good handle on things.

WELL WHO DOES WIN TRIATHLONS?! I know how you feel about swimmers in triathlons. I suppose if it’s not swimmers, not cyclists, runners are the only things left, though if you put my skinny-runt runner friends in a triathlon, they wouldn’t know what hit them .
