Pumpkin Pie and Milk for recovery

…after every workout this week I’m eating pumpkin pie and a giant (liter) glass of milk. After T day, it gets even better with leftover turkey breast after every run/ride.

High volume training= high volume eating. I’ll pop a mega-multi vitamin with it, glucosamine/chondroitin,
DHEA, selenium, magnesium, E & Omega 3s (3-4g).

I cannot even eat a single bite of Pumpkin Pie, the texture and taste make me gag.

Now, if you have a hot apple pie, with some vanilla ice cream, then we’re talking a great recovery snack. Of course, I’m not recovering from anything but that doesn’t stop me.
