I pulled my hamstring, I think, a few weeks ago but after plenty of rest and ice it hasn’t gotten any better. I went running last week twice, 3 miles and 4 miles. After a mile warm up and a good stretch it felt fine except that it hurts a lot when I’m standing still but not when I’m moving. This has never happened to me before so I’m wondering is this normal for a pulled hamstring or is it something worse.
