So your point is that we shouldn’t do pullups for swim training because that HAS TO MEAN diminished swimming time?
Not sure about you, but I can do pullups in my house. Swimming in my house is a bit more difficult. It MIGHT be feasible that I have some amount of time that I can devote to lifting that I otherwise could not devote to specific sport training. Actually curious, not trying to be a smartass, do you still think it is inadvisable to strength train if it has no effect on your sport-specific training?
