A quick FYI - Psycholist, a frequent poster on this forum was involved in a crash last evening during the finish sprint of the weekly Tuesday night ride in our area. He is resting comfortably in an area hospital after a procedure to re-inflate a collapsed lung and possible broken rib(s). He should be released by Friday. It was a pretty bad pile up as the sprint involved about 20 riders with at least 10 going down. One rider hit a mailbox square and got pretty bruised and cut up but all reports are that he will be fine. Lots of road rash and plenty of banged up bikes, but it could have been much worse. Please keep Psycholist in your thoughts and prayers as he recovers.
wishes for a quick recovery.

And a smokin fast cyclist to boot.
I hope he gets well soon.
I visited with Psycholist this morning in the hospital. His spirits are high and he has already asked the surgeon when he can ride again!!! The hospital has wireless internet and he’s asked for his laptop, so I’m sure he’ll give us a report!
Ouch. This to a guy who had a really serious bike-car interaction years ago. Hard to believe he’s looking forward to racing again!
Heal well–my thoughts are with him.
OUCH! Give him hugs and kisses from me.
Damn! That sucks. A collapsed lung is nothing minor.
Heal quick Bob!
Get well soon, Bob.
From one South Carolinian to another.
Good luck for a speedy recovery Psycholist!!!
Not good. I wish him a speed recovey.
Not a good week. This. Lance down and out as well. Also bumped into a friend yesterday who was in a pile-up on the weekend. One guys is in rough shape. My friendis OK but busted a set up FSA Carbon bars, while a buddy of his, destroyed his Cervelo R3 on it’s maiden ride!
Ride safe.
Have a speedy recovery Bob.
Was this during one of the Donaldson center rides? those are intense with a lot of A+ riders, hope all the riders are back on their bikes quickly!
Ugh - get well soon Bob!
We just had one of ours go down on Sun, needing surgery for his clavicle as well.
Be safe out there all.
Sorry to hear Bob! Speedy recovery.
