All flavors, too. Comes out to $.59 each. Not a bad deal.
I saw this in-store. Don’t think it’s available online.
Just letting you know.
Thanks! I need to stock back up.

Don’t mean to be a debbie downer, but, the quality of soy used in Clif Bars is questionable. Soy in general is questionable. Stick to whey based bars.

Their soy tastes good to me ![]()

There’s a lot of studies on pubmed condemning soy. There’s much worse things for you, but, when you’re buying it to improve your nutrition and health there’s also much better things.
I like to eat them for long rides. About 3 hours into a ride, a Clif Bar keeps my stomach happy. Then I go back to gels and liquid nutrition.

With all due respect, that’s hardly evidence. One article, by a mass communications major, referencing two sources which are not from peer reviewed publications that I could tell on a non-scientific website.
This debate comes up every so often. If the negative effects of soy based product were really true, half of Asian and vegetarian males would be walking around w/ enlarged breasts and decreased adam’s apples. No vegetarian males would be any good at sports, especially crossfit…LMAO.
I believe the literature, no time to look now, said that the amounts of soy to elicit these negative effects or changes needs to be extremely significant. I may try to look for you later unless someone else does for us.
