Proud daddy!

So last night we had back to school night where we went to our childrens classrooms for a 20 minute overview of what they do, homework schedule, etc. When we get to their class, we find their desk and sit at it with some of their work on it.

At my daughters class(1st grade) there was a picture which included a bike. After the 20 minutes, the teacher pulls me aside and we look at the picture together and she asks ‘Do you see anything wrong with the bike?’. I said, ‘well, the wheels aren’t the same size but for a 1st grader, it looks pretty good.’ She says ‘what about this on the front?’ I said ‘oh, those are aerobars.’ She asked me what those are I told her. Apparently the teacher got into a discussion with my daughter telling her that wasn’t how handlebars were and my daughter told her ‘my daddys are’.

haha. thats great.

Careful… posting something positive about children on this forum is about as welcome as posting something negative about Cervelo

Well, at my daughter’s pre-school, she got a time-out because she said Cervelo is crap.

I love my daughter.

And to anyone whose laugh-generator isn’t running today, the above is a joke.

Now that is quality parenting.
