Protest songs

This (protest) song is by Richie Stevens aka Dubversive from Lies Damned Lies doing a cover of Police and Thieves by Junior Murvin (produced by Lee Scratch Perry). The song was an anthem for the 1976 Notting Hill Carnival riots between Black youth and the Metropolitan police. The Clash then covered it for their debut album.
