Protein Powder - I may regret this question

If you decide to use some protein this one is NSF certified and has no other additives:

I use it - one scoop in a bike bottle of skim milk after a workout.

Also I add 10 grams to each bike bottle when training along with my InfiniT mix.

I don’t use it other than training but rather eat a piece of chicken or beef for regular snacks.
