I purchased one of their torpedo hydration systems. The little piece of rubber on the bottle cage tore. When I contacted their customer service, they quickly offered to replace it, no questions asked.

I had a similar instance with a 225, broke the mounting bracket when my leg cramped up when dismounting. Just beyond warranty, and user error - still replaced no questions asked. XLAB customer service is excellent.
Have to say I like their products and their customer service. Cant have a great company without both.
I agree. I accidentally cut one of their velcro straps that holds the torpedo platform to my aero bars, and they immediately sent me a new one free of charge.
