That place is the best. I love them!! I can’t say enough good things about them. They remember little things about every customer. For instance, they know I like red or yellow tires. Prices cannot be beat. Plus if you are in the great NY area, ground shipping is one day. Free, one day shipping! Plus their prices are outstanding, even before you consider the free tubes they include for clinchers or free glue they include with tubies.
btw, i might be behind the curve on this, but i have side mounts still in the box if you still want to test them.
They dropped to 9.9 on my scale after messing up a recent order (sent the wrong color) and I had to suck up the priority shipping…
Oh well, they are human.
Was able to sell them to a buddy, but still stuck with the darn shipping costs…
Things like this are why I try and search for shops like that.

I can see how it would make you mad. I will not publish the review I had of the mail order outfit who did not know how to take an order or did not seem to care. They would have gotten a -11, but I will not publish the name of that outfit. Hopefully, they will step up their customer service a bit and I can give them a better review.
