Props to Shawn at ASICS America

Just wanted to thank, via Slowtwitchia, and send mad props to Shawn at ASICS America.

I had ordered some shoes via a professional purchase program (I won’t go into those details), but have not heard anything for several months. I had difficulty in who to contact at ASICS (I mean, have you ever tried to contact a shoe/sporting goods company?)

I happen to post a quick line since I saw Shawn’s signature on many occasions here. PM from me and he gets back quick. Within 5 MINUTES of the last private message by me, someone from customer service at ASICS calls me at my office!!! Problem solved. I didn’t even have time to tell my staff get me if someone calls if I’m with a patient.

Geez - if we all use our talents and abilities from this site, I think we can stamp out hunger, topple a few governments, achieve world peace, etc. I certainly try to chime in when my expertise come into play, which seems to be often (foot and ankle surgeon).
