My TT frame cracked. It was time to lay down the cash for a new frame. I was passing by so I stopped at Nytro. I got the same standoffish treatment that has been posted before. My initial plan was to buy my frame there but this visit changed my mind. I had read a little about Missionbaymultisport here on ST. I gave them a call. They did not try to BS me. They answered my questions and spent a fair amount of time talking about fit. Their price was good. I decided to order the P3c from them. Being an Ergomo user I asked about prepping the BB. No problem and no extra charge. They sent the frame and I had it in 4 days. Unfortunately I had a problem withe the rear brake ferrul fitting into the frame. I called Missionbaymultisport. I thought I may have been installing the cable incorrectly. They compared what I was telling them to another P3c and said something was not right with the frame. They said they would send a call tag or I could send it back and they would refund the shipping cost. They also prepped the BB and shipped me a new frame that day. This may have been my first purchase from them but it won’t be my last. Needless to say I was very happy with my purchase from Missionbaymultisport

Just bought my third bike from them a week ago at the downtown Chicago location. I test road the thing about 4 times before I bought and they never put the pressure on. They actually even offered it to me for the day to see if I liked it. Just good down-to-earth guys. In fact, my car got stuck on ice at a cyclocross race this winter and three of the guys that work there helped me push it free. It was 4 degrees outside.
