anybody tried this new bars by profile? just ordered from my LBS, still waiting for the bars to arrive…

we just got some into our store and put them out on the floor. very nice feeling. defenitely want some…and for the price i can afford them
which store? I cannot find them went to two local profile dealers and on the net cannot find them any where? I am in NC BTW near Charlotte?

Tri-zone and All3sports have them.
JUst checked both out of stock! Aurgh, wanted to get a pair for IM Wisc, but not sure I will have time to adapt to them prior to the that. Oh well, I will put it on my Christmas list! Thanks for the tip though.

How about the width adjustment on the armrest? Which oes Profile send…they make both horizontal and vertical adjustable cups. Do you have a pix to show of the cup?
Looks like the Jammer set-up…so depending on the vintage, it should have width adjust.

oh i see…we`ll both use them for our drop bars. not really comfy with a base bar aerolever combo…

Such a shame…they should have put more clampable area on the bar.
Oh well. Some company will get it right sometime…
can you put shifters on the ends of those or are they plugged for sti shifting?
Ive got a set, they dont work with the profile design CBX pro aero bars. So I just swapped out the individual bars and they seem to work okay, I just wish that my arms were closer to the bars.
They shouldnt sell these things separate becasue they dont work with anything other than the T2 base bars, sounds like false advertisement to me.
I work at Inside-Out Sports and when I locked the doors tonight we still had at least one pair hanging on the wall, clip ons and base bar. We open at 10:00 eastern time.

It appears the new T2 uses the same Hardware/clamps as the Jammer GT. Would it be possible to use the T2 in a Slam position on a road bike? Or would it be possible to add S-bends to my old Jammer GT?
