Anyone know if the replacement pad kit comes with new velcro (with adhesive backing)?
I’m 99% sure that it doesn’t.
FWIW, though… I’d highly recommend getting the Cee Gees replacement pads instead of the stock replacements. I just got a pair and they and head & shoulders above the stock pads in terms of comfort. The blue/black ones are currently on closeout on their website. ~$15 with shipping to CONUS.
Won’t solve the new velcro issue, though.

Actually, I believe that they do. I just bought a set last weekend.
Got a set in the bag sitting in my stash…yup, velcro in there.
If you order them, I would suggest getting at least two sets - they do wear out very fast.

Huh? They last for at least the first 80 miles of an IM.
Email PD directly. They will send you the velcro you need at no cost. That is assuming you only need the velcro. If you need the pads, I doubt they will just give you those.
I Had one fly away (no I wasnt going that fast!), I had it on the bike rack and it flew off!. anyways I bought a new pair, they didnt come with velcro, they were a differnet type with 2 straps and sort of pockets in the back that wrap the base . UNFORTUNATLY they tend to slide a bit fwd in my case so my forearm ends up resting on the side of the base! ouch!! any suggestions?
I actually just got a new set and they require no adhesive at all or velcro they slip on and tighten with straps on the underside…not sure if I am all that wild about them.
