Includes almost everything. Trust me, you did not want my spongy thing, as it was moldy. This includes the bottle (used, but cleaned well, maybe even a little soapy still), but note that the black plastic plug for the bottle is starting to come apart - still works fine, and no leaks. My current straw (GROSS) and a new, never used straw still in the bag, along with new rubber bands to secure the bottle. Also the bracket to mount between aerobars with all of the velcro straps still in 100% good working order (I didn’t really use the straps).
