Problems with Fastskin3?

Has anybody else heard about problems with the new Speedo Fastskin3 Women’s suit?

Apparently a Brazilian coach who is also a TV commentator (but based in Florida) is reporting on his blog that there’s a defect in the women’s suit bought before Feb 8th

Just trying to get some factual information.
