PRO Cameron Dye buys Llama, forced the evict Bryan "Rhodesy" Rhodes

BREAKING NEWS FROM THE MECCA (Boulder, CO): After returning to Boulder, CO “up and coming” Pro Triathlete Cameron Dye has recently purchased a Llama. Yes a full size (6 ft tall, 375lbs) S. American Llama! While this move might seem spontaneous the super swimmer who beat Potts for the Lifetime Fitness Chicago Swim Prime needed a way to keep the edge off his intense training regime. “Sometimes you just need a distraction, a life outside the sport to keep that balance”. The repercussions of this move in the tri world will reach far and wide. Ironman Champ Bryan Rhodes, who normally stays with Cameron from May-Sept, will now be forced out onto the street. Between the sleeping quarters and food storage for Benji (ie llama) there is simply no room for Bryan to keep his 3 bike boxes or girlfriend. I pose 3 vital questions to the slowtwitch community:

  1. What does Bryan Rhodes need 3 massive bike boxes for in the US when he’s based out of NZ?
  2. What effect will Benji have on Cameron’s demanding 2009 season?
  3. Will Rhodesy find new residence or be forced to share a futon/Llama stable with Benji the Llama; if so, ladies, Bryan might be single come July?

Llamas are really cute. Would love to have several as pets if I had the space and time. If you are mountain biking on NC park trails, you have to yield to people riding horses, but the horse people suppose to yield to llamas. Not sure if this is common trail etiquette.

  1. It will force him outside more often so he can get a tan.

Rhodesy or llama…Rhodesy or llama…hmmm…Rhodesy or llaaaaaaama…

Definitely llama. Their crap is easier to clean up.

That’s classic bobo especially considering we were in the same room when he did some “renovations” to Sean and Tara-Lees’ glass table.

Seriously,ya gotta love Bryan. He is a legend and will have no problems with finding somewhere to stay. There is a whole lot of entertainment value there.
