Primal Blueprint/Paleo Diet first 2 weeks? Feeling weak?

It whacked me out too. The first ten days were hell…I actually bonked on a 50 minute treadmill run

Here’s a quote from the book…
“Also, if you are insistent upon doing Chronic Cardio, you must increase carb intake to account for regular depletion of stored liver and muscle glycogen and an elevated metabolic rate. You can experiment with consuming perhaps 100 additional grams of carbs per day for every extra hour of training and notice how your body responds.”

He goes on to say that he rather see you dump the training and conform to the PB guidelines…

Since I found this passage, I’ve increased my carbs
