For those that don’t know, Rush has been anthropomorphising the teleprompter for a while now. He’s been referring to Obama’s statements as things that his teleprompter “tells him to say”…as in, “Today, President Obama’s teleprompter told him to tell the American people that the economic crisis isn’t really as bad as he had originally reported…”.
It’s hilarious. Sorry, it really is… 
It even has a name TOTUS…
