Getting ready to buy a set of Vittoria Open Corsa tires for my new wheels. They are the pre-C2 vintage HED Jets 
but they were a great deal so I am still happy. Should I go with a 21mm tire? I have always used 23mm and set them up with my other tires now (the sidewall profile looks better than my previous wheelset.) Would the 21mm best the best overall tire? Best aero option without sacrificing ride comfort, rolling resistance, handling? Forgive my ignorance. Cheers.
20-21mm tires will be significantly faster aerodynamically on those wheels.
