Powertap includes wheel, heart rate strap, brand new USB cradle, 2 bike harnesses / mounts (1 brand new shark fin type and one older type). The wheel isn’t sparlkly new but it is very true and feels strong and stiff. I think that this is a 2005 model. Wheel is 32 spoke - should be bombproof. I bought this a couple months ago and have put anout 500 miles on it. Works fine - I have had no problems whatsoever. I have just decided to spend the money to go wireless. I have only used the heart rate strap once (to make sure it worked), as I typically use my Garmin for heart rate. Heart rate reception was spotty but I assume it just needs a new battery.
