I have a powertap pro that was locked up this morning. It was displaying OFF in the watts line. I updated the firmware and now the select button doesnt seem to do anything. I dont think the select button was working before I did the update either. Also now it displays crazy high speed data. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Your PowerTap is in the “Secret Magnet Function” or the “Cycle Computer Mode”
It could also be in the “hear rate only” mode.
Hold down the select button for 3 seconds and you should be all set.
