Getting back to some basic biking . . .and the PowerTap isn’t reading watts. It’s giving me a MPH reading but also no cadence. What could be the issue? I tried retorquing to zero . . .

Odd - try new batteries in the hub maybe.
Did you inadvertantly switch it to ‘computer only’ mode? There’s a short-cut to to this–and to go back, but I can’t remember where (I think it’s holding the left button down when you’re in ‘cadence’?? Regardless, it’s in the manual). Otherwise, I’d check the hub battery.
me too. batteries are brand new and it’s not on computer only!
call Saris’s customer service. I’ve found them to be very responsive and knowledgable. Accidentally dropped my computer and ruined the LED display and they repaired it for free.
While in the current cadence option and while on the bottom line of display, press and hold the select button until “watts” returns to the top line…then don’t try to zero the torque while on cadence in the bottom display again
