So I just upgraded to a wireless powertap and my training peaks will not allow me to download the cpu? I downloaded all the saris stuff but it says it is not recognizing the device? anyone have this issue? Thanks in advance, Greg
keep trying different usb ports. Each time I have used a different computer I was eventually able to find one that - - after I found out which one - - shows up in the drop down menu as com XX (serial usb…) or something like that. No clue why but seems to be common. Good Luck.
is it in the right usb port on your computer? do you have the latest saris poweragent software for PT ant+ (downloadable on www.saris.com)
I had similar problems, I had to use third party software.
