Powertap Mount Wiring

I’m working with a buddy of mine trying to get his PowerTap Pro computer mount fixed. There are two wires going from the PT to the computer mount (one from the cadence sensor, the other from the hub sensor). The hub sensor wires broke off right at the base of the computer mount. The hub sensor wire has 4 wires inside, Red, Green, Blue and Yellow. If you hold the mount upside down (gold contacts towards the ground) the yellow and blue wires run to the left, and the red and green wires run to the right before they get to the gold contacts.

The cadence wires are not color coded, so there isn’t really a way to tell what they are. There are 6 wires total from both the hub sensor and the cadence sensor, and only 4 gold contacts that go to the computer. Do the two cadence wires somehow splice into the red, green, blue and yellow cables? Are the red, green, blue, and yellow wires that come into the mount via the hub sensor cable the same wires that go to the gold fingers? I’d like to just splice into the yellow and blue wires right before they run to the gold contacts so I can get power (if they’re continuous wires).

It’s a long shot, but I figure someone might know!

Thanks!

I would suggest ditching the cadence sensor entirely and letting the hub sense the cadence, and calling Saris for the wiring diagram.
