Powertap ANT+ failed to update

Just wondering if anyone has experienced the unit failing to update… I removed my battery pack, clipped in the updater, but do not get red/green flashing lights when I turn it on… just continues to endlessly flash red… The hub seems to still be working, but I am not 100% positive as I have never rode them outside yet… It did relearn the ID and display watts/kmh when I spun it…

Curious if anyone knows anything til Monday…

It is possible for the hub update to fail. This is due to a failure in the hub vs. the Updater and would require the hub to be sent to us.

Please contact our customer service department on Monday.
