…somebody told me about powerplate…anyone using it? any good?
It seems to be the latest gym craze that every gym must have, usual amount of “amazing unique” qualities that no other equipment can deliver as quickly. It’s very popular with the ladies as the vibration is said to counter cellilite etc in the jiggly areas by jiggling them. It’s becoming a popular spectator sport for guys too ;-).

Trying to keep the spirit up with my arm in a sling, just heard that I am going into hospital Thursday pm to have my left clavicle pinned and plated since it hasn’t return to position over the last 9 days! Happy Days!

As for the cost its all about the hours billed…they say it cost in excess of £400,000??? I remember when i used to work as a designer in London from 1988 to 1992 and how I worked on the Rentokil logo for nearly a year as part of a team of 3 designers and we did put in the hours hence the similar fees…still, i can churn out a better logo for £400 i reckon!!! heh heh heh heh
