After two months on Powercranks I thought I’d try them out on rollers. Pre-PC’s I had spent time on rollers in the off-season to smooth out my pedal stroke. So here we are again in the off-season but this time I am armed with PC’s. With PC’s and rollers not only is one pedaling using the full stroke, but smoothing it out as well. So, tonight I tried out the combo, it took a few minutes to get a good feel for pedaling smoothly. It seems that PC’s and rollers are a great way to smooth out the pedal stroke as well as working on cadence. Has anyone tried this same setup?

I haven’t personally but I know many customers have and it seems like it would be a very powerful combination. A few have tried and succeeded to ride rollers their first day on PC’s! Other’s have mastered riding PC’s on rollers with no hands (In the video I show at expos I show this being done).
