I am curious if any other Powercrankers have had problems with tendonitis in their hip flexors? I was recently diagnosed with tendonitis in the Iliopsoas bursa (groin area) based on an MRI. The only thing I am doing differently this year is using powercranks and the Dr. seemed to think that is what brought this on since it is hip flexor related. I didn’t think I was overdoing it but had been focusing on hard interval sessions on my trainer each day (30-60 minutes in length). I am really depressed as my first race this year (Florida half Ironman) could be in jeopardy. Anyone had this before and got any advice?
