Looks like Ironman NZ is going to be supplying Powerbar endurance as the drink next year.
Anyone know a cheap(less expensive) place to buy this stuff in New Zealand or mail order. It seems to be about $60 in the shops around Auckland, $60 for enough powder to make about 12 litres yikes!!!
A six hour training ride could cost nearly $25 …just in drink.
-So if anyone knows where to get this stuff cheap…would be much appreciated.

No probs, just looking at the flavours they are having on course. The chocolate gels and bars are a bit too much. I’ll be sticking to the vanilla bars and strawberry/banana gels.
