Power x Aero

There are some people that believes that you can be as low as your back can support without pain and eventually will generate the same power as in a less aggressive position.

I used to believe the same, but I’m sustain power in aero position anymore… So this month I’m gonna ride 2cm higher to see what 's gonna happen.

How do you guy find the optimum power x aero position ? ( Just testing in the field ?? ) I don’t believe that a fit session will address this issue since you don’t test your endurance in a such position fitted .

What powermeter are you going to use? Are you going to mantain your training load while adapting to the new position?

I have an ergomo sport in my road bike and the ergomo pro in my tri bike. The idea is to keep the same training load, I had shin splints during four months and even that today was the last race of our season in Brasil I want to keep my training levels to start 2007 in a good shape.
